I bought the equipment in December and applied it 30 days before it smashed. I named plus they delivered the component that we needed to restore. On June 21 the terrace beginning slipping to 1 aspect. I named to tell them that which was incorrect. They explained a technology might contact me with-in 3 times. It got 3 months before a technology did make contact. I had been informed he was awaiting acceptance about the usage. I stay 5 miles from city. The technology ultimately turned up and decided the equipment wasn't repairable. He explained I'd be approached by him and Image 24 hours later. Which was 6 days before. I named Image nowadays and was informed they'd not noticed in the technology. They desired to understand if he got images. He did consider them-but never delivered them over. They questioned basically was prepared to consider them-and I told them I had been not really a support technology plus they have to look after this issue.inadequate customer support. I really like the equipment when it operates but for something division inadequate.
