On 3/19 I registered to get a 3-year connection with Cyberdefender who provided 24/7 restoration support. After one weekend along with a whole of 8 telephone calls (twice being placed on store for 1-hour each phone) the issue wasn't resolved. On 3/21 I named to request a complete reimbursement whilst the issue wasn't mounted. They declined saying they might cost me $179.00 for that period they done my pc. They delivered me to a different technology who stated that he set my pc. On 3/23 more blue displays and freezing up of the computer. I named at 7:30 and was set on-line awaiting a distant technology to check out my pc. I named at 8: thirty and again at 9:30 I had been guaranteed every time that the technology could be correct with me. Lastly at 10:21 I named revenue to again request a reimbursement they declined and again stated they'd return $340.00 ($519.00 less the $179.00 for that period they allocated to my pc). I stated nicely if you should be likely to cost me $179.00 subsequently atleast repair it. They've held me sort my loved ones and like a business proprietor they've decreased my efficiency while getting me to do this. Greater business burea may be the next end.incidentally it's 11:00 but still no distant technology.
