I have a WD-65C9 less than one year old that suddenly went out on March 14th. I called on the 15th and since that date I had a terrible ride with their support. I can’t even remember how many call I made, maybe 30ish to get help. Yesterday April 20th the new part finally arrived at the repair shop and the tech showed up promptly and replaced it, and yes, you guessed it, the tv is not working. I call them and It looks like we reset and start over with comments like “someone will call you today” and nobody called. Today I got the same ““someone will call you today”. You do the math, Marc 15th to today April 21. As much as don’t like litigation, I would definitely go for a lawsuit.
