I purchased a 65 inch 3d television in December from shop nbc. I had the tv lock up on me with a flashing green light. I contacted Mitsubishi about my tv. They gave me the name of a service rep to call. After 4 days the repair people came to my house, said it was a mother board problem and ordered the part. A week later part arrived servives man showed up and put the part in the tv but with no luck. They said they would have to take tv to there shop. After 1week I called the repair shop to get an update and they told me they had made no progress because they could not get any tech support from Mitsubishii, they also told me the tv looked liked it had been in a repair shop already and asked me if I had received the tv in a box. I called Mitsubishi reported that my repair people were needing help which the next day repair people called to tell me that the part they think they need is 6week delivery on the part. With that information I called Mitsubishi back very upset of course. I had the service lady hangup on me after a heated conversation. At this point no help from Mitsubishi or shop NBC tv repair people said that they don't no where to go from here.in the mean time it's been 3weeks without a tv and have to wait for another 6 weeks for parts and don't no if that's the problem with tv or not. I'm a disappointed customer.
