Fraud phone

William Dolinger sought an assurance wireless phone and forged my name to get it. I only wish to stop his service to 2535 Avery Ln, Marion, VA in order that I may get my own phone as I am moving to Maryland and am no longer dating him. He does not qualify for assurance wireless and should not be using my information to use this service.
