Charged 11 dollars for extra 250 minutes to have 500 minute plan. Only got usual 250 minutes after paying them 11.03 cents. Ripoff

Company (Assurance Wireless-Virgin Mobile) advertised that for a extra 5 dollars they will provide you with 500 minutes a month instead of the usual 250. We paid them $11.03 and only received the usual 250 minutes for the month of Febuary 2011. Beware this ripoff. Assurance wireless virgin mobile
