I was trying to sell my almost new blackberry bold 9780. I found a website, www.swapngreen.com that offered me $206 for it if the it was in the original condition that i stated on their forum. The guarantee is that i would receive an email every 2 dyas with a status of the order and within 10 to 14 days i will have my check. I am upset because i have yet to receive a status and i am pissed because now i don't have the phone, nor the check that was promised. My phone was in excellent condition (no scratches, no nicks, no water damage or anything). The only reason i was getting rid of it is because i moved to a location where there is no t-mobile service and even if i unlocked it, i couldn't use it with my current carrier or any other carrier in the area.
This should be illegal and something should really be done about this. I hadn't had the device for 6 months before i decided to change services due to my relocation.
