Purchased two Amana heat pumps. One appeared with broken fins and curved copper cooling pipes, but since I waited significantly more than two times to record it, AJ Madison declined to displace it, and so I've invested $600 on an AC which was delivered damaged. Therefore buyer beware — examine your acquisitions the moment they appear or you will be sorry. Horrible service. Would not care purchase from their website again.
