Citgo Gas Station
I purchased 10.00 worth of gas on 6/30 at pump #4 and recieved no gas in my tank. None. My needle did not budge

I purchased 10.00 cash woth of gas on 6/30 at pump #4. I recieved no gas in my tank. None. My needle never budged. His pumps are calibrated to give either less or no gas than what is purchased.
