I have changed the whole equipment nowadays in the place of coping with Whirlpool as well as their insufficient obligation for this horrible item.

Ostensibly, the cell software fails about the device.
I Have two components after possessing the applying for only 4 years.
First is was the circuit board. Then I'd to displace the initial touch mat (which failed) having a fresh cell handle (COMPONENT W10122295) in December. This component was reissued from the organization to displace the initial element about the equipment. It cost twice as much.
On 03/17, roughly 15 weeks after I changed the cell handle, it's failed again!
Others in my own residence complex have experienced exactly the same problem (more than 24 devices to date). Some models failed as the stove was on and also the gasoline needed to be stop to prevent it.
I Have bought a brand new stove vary from another organization and certainly will no further purchase from Whirlpool. These were unresponsive and dismissive of the most obvious breakdown within this equipment.
An entire insufficient customer problem in the organization and horrible technology within this item.
