I had been a customer of NewEgg but no longer. They sold me a 42" LCD TV that didn't work due to defective electronics. Others had written the same symptoms as me on their website in their reviews. When I RMA the unit and shipped it back the next day, they said it was "damaged" in shipping so they wouldn't take it back or warranty it. They said I had to file a claim with UPS if I wanted a refund. So now I have nothing but a loss of over $400 at this point. Someone else on usacomplaints.com mentioned they got a message from "Joshua Key" at customer service and he did nothing. That's exactly what happened to me. So it looks like I'll have to file a lawsuit against these a*holes.
I am also a corporate IT purchaser for my company so they also lost that business. Cheap thieving idiots!
