I have been a life time customer with ABC Warehouse, and have always been treated right. We had been doing business for years with the Troy, Mi. Store, and most recently moved close to the Gaylord, MI. Area. We stopped in at the Gaylord store to look at the 3D televisions, and where impressed with a very flashy looking brand, and purchased it from a salesman by the name of Mark Henry. I usually do a lot of research on products before I buy, and this was an exception, as my wife and I are quite fussy. We where not pleased with the set and called Mark at the Gaylord store. He went above and beyond for us. We are quite pleased with the exceptional service, and respect given to us during the purchase of our fantastic Panasonic Viera TV. I wouldn't shop at another retailer - ever! Thanks Mark, and thank you ABC Warehouse!
