I recently ordered the Melt It Off Program by Mitch Gaylord. I was a little bothered first as some of the other customers with the way the online ordering was handled. I placed my order online and did take advantage of the rush shipping. I was careful not to accept any additional add-ons other than that. My first charge with rush will be $39.12 ($19.99 for program with two pays of $9.99 14.32 regular shipping $14.81 rush shipping) not sure why you pay a regular and rush but I went with it. Order was placed on Sunday the 24th before Memorial Day Weekend. I did receive a email confirmation of the order but it does not contain your actual order number. The email said to confirm you order online in 24-48hrs. I called on tuesday and it still was not in system. The rep confirmed that orders placed on sunday or corresponding holidays take an extra day to hit the warehouse. The order is first logged to the warehouse, set to ship, then it appears in their computer system (that seems backwards) and then you first payment is charged to your credit card with the remaining balance to be charged in 30 days. I was sure to cancell the autoship of the supplement so that i would not be charged monthly. So I waited and the next day (now wednesday) I got an email shipment confirmation with a order number, tracking number and link to Fedex with expected date of arrival. My package arrived on friday the 29th. It was in good condition. You get your 3 day meal plan, G-ball, Program Workouts - all on one dvd, motivational cd, measuring tape, essential boost supplement and the rest of the 12 week meal plan. So far so good. I will let you guys know if I have a problem with additional charges, but I am pretty pleased and pretty sore (I started the program on sunday the 31st) It is brutal on the body if you haven't worked out in a while but I'm sure it will get better. Don't have alot of weight to lose but the toning is what i desire and boy will I have to work for it.
