A never-ending problem. Do not try to return an item to them or be prepared for a continous nightmare of screw-ups. It almost seemed intentional with their horrible customer service making mistake after mistake. 10 phone calls later, we're still waiting for our credit from them. Are they going bankrupt? Everything they did made it seem like they were trying to not make or delay our payment for as long as possible. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else, especially if you're buying as a present for somebody.
