As a representative of ACN, I had a problem with my cell phone. Because the repair services I had to deal with Wirefly, I contacted my upline people because of this problem. My upline said, in front of about 60 people, to never bother ACN again. Said it was my problem not theirs
It was a phone that was bought through ACN.
Second problem was when I wrote ACN a letter and sent them some money, and told them I did not want to have any thing to do with ACN—Please remove me. Did not get a return response from ACN, and they have now turned my account over for collection, even though I did send them the money they requested.
This is now damaging my credit report, and it has still not been resolved. This has been going on for several months.
