Direct tv made a mistake when they installed my dish;i lost my signal and whey they came back to repair the problem, the teck. Told me that a ground wire was left off when dish was installed. When i recevied my bill their was a $49.00 service call charge for installing the wire. I called the 800 #, but they won't remove the charge.
