I've been experiencing Amazing problems in regards to the capability to get emails, multiple repeats of deleted emails, getting restored telephones in worse form compared to damaged one... And even worse, discovering, that despite the fact that this telephones continues to be under a MFG Warranty... (Direct From HTC) We truly apologize for that problems you have been going through.
Regretfully, our guarantee/fix doesn't find a way to do any repairs or substitutes using the DROID Amazing. We realize your disappointment but PCD US hasbeen chosen by Verizon as their restoration division. We also don't have info why your telephone needed to be changed using a repair.

Is Not this wonderful... I selected this telephone since I really like how it's "designed to purpose"... Our only choice (Per VZW CSR @ 611) - RESTORED or perhaps a design that used to do not need to start with, or spend to displace a telephone that's still under MFG Warranty. I've obtained multiple substitutes - 5 to become precise which are faulty... One had a damaged camera-lens, One experienced water damage and 3 that'll not get emails correctly. How do you understand this problem solved???
