I purchased a Zagg screen guard for my new phone and had it installed at Best Buy in Jan. 2011. After about a month, a corner of the guard started to come up so I followed the instructions on Zagg.com to get a replacement. When the replacement came, I followed the instructions from the Zagg company on how to return the damaged item. I sent it out the day after the replacement arrived and even included the packing slip just to be safe. About a month or 2 later I get an email stating that I'm going to be charged the full amount for the replacement. I contacted Zagg and explained that I had already returned the damaged item and the only repsonse I got back was a form letter that basically told me nothing.
