Don't buy the product! I requested the product online and didn't thoroughly study all the "fine-print". I had been amazed when $88.74 my "Test" item was billed against my banking account. I instantly named (12/21) and terminated the merchandise and was guaranteed that I had been entitled to a $35.00 refund; no-questions asked, nothing had a need to acquire this refund. I don't have trouble with this specific as it was most surely my mistake so that as used to do not follow the principle for rescheduling, I had been ok using the $35.00 offset. I had been again amazed when 3 times AFTER I terminated my membership (12/24), my consideration was again billed $88.74. I named the 888-947-8745 (12/28) and was informed that my 2nd purchase have been delivered. It was prepared 3 TIMES after I terminated. I had been informed the termination wasn't over time for that second-order which I had a need to return the merchandise to get a $35.00 reimbursement about the next container. I discussed that the $35.00 refund about the next container wasn't appropriate, I needed a complete refund. I had been guaranteed that I'd get a complete reimbursement the moment I delivered the merchandise. Today it's 20 TIMES later but still NO first reimbursement or shipping of the 2nd container. I called again (01/18/10) and after battling with Amy for 45 units, I had been ultimately re-conncected with Hannah Moran the "boss" who explained the above mentioned. Today, Hannah has improved her tale..."there has to be an issue with my card, since I prepared the reimbursement"; I refuted her state by detailing that there is not a problem GETTING the cash; only a issue refunding. Additionally, I currently have to return the ORIGIONAL container of item to get a reimbursement, LESS A - 15% restocking charge. Obviously, I've to deliver the procuct back having a proven following range after which contact them AGAIN to verify delivery of the return BEFORE they are able to approach the 2nd reimbursement. THEREFORE, there actually was never another container of item delivered. Today, I'll return the very first container and find out what goes on. Within the mean-time, I'm out $180.00! Please don't allow this occur to you.
