Fulfilled two year contract with perfect payment history, but was informed at cancellation of the shipping fees to return receivers. Told by three separate customer service reps this is a new "business practice" within the last year. Asked for a copy of my original contract where I agreed/was aware of these fees. Contract could be produced within 14 days which is after the 10 day/$600 deadline to return the equipment... Coincidence? Digital world, right? This is no less than extortion and should be treated as such.
