March 6-paid $12.95 for the trial program of the prado electric cigarettes. No where could i find a copy of terms and conditions, nothing said about recurring charges.
Unknown to me, they had already started draining my account. They set up 2 accounts (i only ordered 1), so in three weeks time they cleaned me of $599.80. The only thing that i ever received was contents of 2 e-cigs and 10 cartridges. Again, no terms, etc. Also, i was unaware of a 14 day trial limit.
I called their customer support and wanted to return, at which time they said i had exceeded the trial period, then and only then did i learn of a 14 day trial period. Again, i called their customer support and got indignant with the person that i was trying to understand.
After a long and heated conversation, i wound up getting my rma numbers for BOTH accounts. After many threats of class action and attorney— guess what? Last week, i was shocked to find that half of the money had been returned to my account. I'm not stopping until i get it all back. I also sent a hand written letter to the super and taped it to the box that i returned. I think that was more help than anything.
