All the bad stuff you hear is true

I'm afraid all these reports may be true. I received my ipods back unrepaired (the cost was too high) and they had parts missing and one was open. I called, sent it back, and was told the parts were never there. Even though i sent it partially open, all parts were there! Who sends it in without screws, cover plates, and a screen? They returned it again to me, and i was told i would receive a partial credit off of the bill for that was paid for the estimate. Never received it. My fault for not getting his name. Lousy customer service, long hold times on the phone, and the same message about how they are temporarily very busy has been used for months. Send your ipod here, and you get what you deserve!
