I sent two ipods to be repaired and neither paid to be fixed, so i understand the $53.75 cost. One was returned half open, and the other was returned without the screws, one of the caps, and the glass missing. When i called they said to send it back and they sent me a box to do so. When the received it, they said it was received without those parts. I do not know who opens their boxes, but eric was the tech. It is hard to lose something as large as a glass screen. When i was told about it, they claimed no responsibility, told me there would be a partial credit which i never received. Here's the kicker... They returned my nano, now with the other end cap missing. You use this place, and you will be disappointed... And ripped off!
