Ripoff Overchaged by $100 for purchase insolted given not true info they lie

Purchase: Olympus C-5060 Digital Camera $559.00. This is advertised price for retail box. I was charged $100.00 more compare for my order (I saved a copy of order).

When I approached marchant, he said that the advertised price is for camera with disposable battery only, they have special deal with olympus, so battery and charger has to be purchased separately. I contacted Olympus and was told that it is a nonsense, this camera does not work with any kind of disposable battery. Battery and charger are included in retail box. I'd like to highlight that I received only retail box, nothing else.

Also, per ad on their website I was supposed to get free camera bag and tripod, never got it of course. I paid with American Express and disputed this purchase, ExpreesCamere faxed to American Express different invoice than one I've receive with the shippent. They added additional battery and charger in description.

I had impression I've always talked to the same person (even though there is an option to talk to supervisor), was on hold each time for about 30 min, and then the person was rude, I was told that I don't speak English and don't understand what is disposable battery.
Marchant wants to charge 15% restocking fee and I paid $55 for shipping and because I needed this camera for vacation. Return was not an option, I would loose more than $100.
