Ripoff

I purchased from frys electronics of sacramento california a battery charger with 8 rechargeable batteries. It has been three months since i sent in the required rebate information. When i call the 800 number they provided on the rebate, it says that number can not be accessed from my location.

I plan on writing to the company, however, from past experience i never get an answer.
