Our great-uncle went into an assisted living house in November. Before he went, he desired to close-out his Alltel consideration. He talked with somebody within the telephone whom educated him that on bill of his cost, his consideration could be turn off. Anything was taken care of and we believed completed with. Jan of the year, my dad died. Afterwards we started recieving expenses from Alltel stating that my dead dad possessed cash on his mobile phone bill.
My dad sent them a notice informing them that my dad was no further living as well as had a duplicate of their state death certification to show it. We simply got another statement from Alltel today having a whole of nearly $200 onto it, 8 WEEKS AFTER HIS DEATH! The expenses never originate from the exact same workplace, occasionally they're from Phoenix, Illinois, occasionally from anywhere back east. Somebody must eliminate these criminals and place them from company.
