We bought three new mobile phones in the alltel.com site. There is a "marketing" happening where the $25 service fee-per telephone could be waived. Whenever we obtained our first statement, would not you realize it, there is the $25 service charge, put on each telephone, totaling $75. I settled the very first statement, being informed by Alltel the $75 could be attributed back again to my next billing period. Next statement comes, without any $75 credit. Named Alltel again, they stated they mightnot agree removing the service costs since I have bought the telephones through the lets chat site. It is an ALLTEL site which means this makes no sense in my experience. I've been provided the runaround for 2 weeks now. Each time I contact, I'm informed to call another quantity or somebody informs me anything different compared to last person. Today I had been provided a contact address to e-mail a duplicate of my packing slip that included the telephones, unsure what great this really is likely to do. I'm like they are simply slowing and wishing I Will quit. I actually donot believe I'll be receiving my $75 back. Criminals! I can not actually think this really is authorized! They're also excessively rude during our discussions.
