I closed a deal with Alltel for my Boy and Child-in law to possess mobile phone support with Alltel many years ago. The issues began when Alltel began over-charging on the claims. Alltel had included phony costs with their statement they had no idea what these costs were for. Their telephone bill went over 600.00 bucks in September. After I named and questioned what these costs were for, Alltel couldn't tell me something. That the costs were theirs plus they needed to be compensated. I requested Alltel to place a hang on their statement till they might have it reduced some, the woman from Alltel explained that they'd do this. I requested the Alltel consultant if anymore costs could be added for their consideration and he or she explained no further costs could be included. Well, in November my Boyis Alltel bill had gone up over 1100.00 bucks, despite the fact that Alltel had disconnected my Boyis mobile phone support in September. After I named to try and solve this clutter, I had been wondering questions about my mobile phone bill and also the Woman from Alltel hung-up on me, and so I called back and wound up speaking with 3 folks from Alltel and not one of them desired to keep in touch with me concerning the consideration or reply some of my concerns.
