I changed my range with Alltel since I shifted from VA to NC. They explained I'd to start a brand new bill which the previous consideration was settled entirely. Little did I understand, when I created my cost promptly each month for my new account, that I'd been charged $179 on my previous account. The expenses were likely to my previous target. Used to do not obtain one telephone call from alltel during this period. Five weeks later, an assortment from Alltel turns up on my credit history. I contact Alltel and obtain them to alter my previous balance back again to zero, but that doesn't assist the truth that my credit rating fallen 100 items becuase of the error! Today they're showing me there's nothing they are able to do for me personally. They wont provide me a credit on my statement or renounce the first termination charge. Alltel screwed my credit up however they wont do something for me personally! Their error will wind up charging me a large number of bucks after I purchase a house-but they cannot actually renounce my $300 early termination charge! Customer support does not care and it is not prepared to assist. Me and my entire instant household is likely to be changing from Alltel when agreements go out.
