On 1/8 I purchased an upscale Samsung Range Model FTQ353iWUX/XAA at hhgregg in Brandon, Fl. After realizing the stove doesn't prepare precisely, I bought a variety Temperature measure. I came across that after the number pre-heat alarm bands, the stove is clearly 75 levels below the collection heat. It requires the number one more 20 to half an hour to achieve the collection heat which adversely results the cook times. I named Samsung at 800 726-7864 and talked to some “Cedrik” who declined to provide his lastname but offered an ID #129. He recommended this was a typical issue and also to set the temperature up one more 75 levels. This could be good except after 20-30 minutes the stove heat could be 75 degrees to warm. “Cedrik” was significantly less than helpful. I'd highly recommend anybody considering a Samsung Variety to rethink and appear at amounts from reliable producers.
