I'm completely unhappy with Samsung!

My partner and that I purchased a Samsung Fridge Model # RS257BARB for the new home in December. We began to increase towards the 40's and realized that the amount 34 about the fridge was blinking after which the 50is. I put a phone to Bestbuy by which I had a-3 year guarantee, wherever I purchased. They put a phone in to the Maytag Providers along with a technician arrived on May 17th (GJeran). He noticed that my fridge required a component so he got down the ice and got a heater weapon and informed us he did not understand how long it'd consider for that component in but my fridge ought to be great until then in the future. Before component arrived well, the fridge did not last. It returned to 58 levels ruining our food. Once the component arrived in and another fix guy (T. Candi) arrived on May 27th, he got the newest component from the container which was delivered and set it in to the fridge stood back, looked over it, the temperature began to fall from 58 levels after which went back in to the rear of the fridge required that component back out and place in another previous one. At that time I questioned him that which went on he explained, "Oh, your fridge is certainly going into defrost automatically thats an indication that is good." It was on 58 levels while he set the fridge back exactly why is it on 58 degrees he explained it'll drop and that I questioned. He reported about he hates to put up components and how he hates to complete another personis function. It was the weekend Our spouse, of Memorial Day since the fridge remained at that heat and that I lost that weekend. On May 31st a technician (G. Jerdan) arrived and that I requested was the brand new component put in the fridge from the additional technician since the fridge remained the on a single heat since following the 2-day the very first technician left. He explained it appears like he did not place in the brand new component. He questioned me did he provide a component with him, I stated yes it popped up from the container and place it in and got it down. He explained why he'd do any such thing I actually donot understand. He requested another component and named his technology people. Today our ice-machine is damaged. On June 26th there came a technician out to verify our ice-machine was damaged. I'm COMPLETELY UNHAPPY WITH SAMSUNG AND CERTAINLY WILL NEVER BUY OR RECOMMEND A SAMSUNG ITEM. I'll not obtain a Samsung whenever we visit choose another fridge. I actually donot like a few of the people who represent Samsung spoken to us.
