The fridge temperature readout fallen to 17 levels adn gradually began checking to prevent at 46 levels in of a half-hour. Therefore, this time around, not seeking chaos, I place in a container of water. A few hours later, it is frozen solid. The readout still claims 46 degrees. Therefore, I place in a thermometer, it decreased to at least one diploma below-zero within the fridgeration division. Called Samsung again. They claim they'll discover a certified repairperson and contact me back within 48 hours. Three nights later, I named Samsung again. They claim there's no approved repairpersons in my own region which it is delivered to another division and they'll contact me within 48 hours. Four nights later, I named Samsung again. They claim they're having difficulty discovering a certified repair center also it was delivered to another division. TWO REDUCE THE STORY A LITTLE, it's today 23 times later, after several calls to Samsung, and incidentally no-return calls from Samsung, I Have been speaking with Lowe's store-manager, that will be where the fridge was bought, plus they are looking to get Samsung to complete anything.
I definitely wouldn't suggest anybody purchasing a Samsung fridge. The discomfort from my tale isn't any around, and that I do not know just how long it might continue, therefore save your self the problem and avoid Samsung.
