I purchased an extremely costly telephone not knkowing that it included awarrantyapproximately I had been informed. Around three weeks later i realized that I had been being billed about 15.00 per month off my bank card. I wound up deleting that card. I subsequently began to receive this mail stating "Complete ViewCREDIT CARD REJECTED NOTICE

Expensive XXXXXXXXXXX On 3/5 6:25: 42 PM we informed you that the credit card on file was rejected. Up to now your charge card remains rejected. Fifteen (15) times has passed because the first notice.
Sadly your bill is stopped till we obtain updated charge card info to approach the necessary payment per month.
Please contact our call-center at 888-980-8894 the moment possible to prevent any delay in running a state. A Person Care Consultant can be obtained twenty four hours each day, seven days per week.
After successfully running the necessary payment per month, your agreement is likely to be reinstated.in case your contract stays hanging for a lot more than thirty (30) times, prior to the Conditions and Problems of one's agreement:
Any exceptional payment per month should be compensated entirely and,
A reinstatement charge of fifteen bucks ($15) is likely to be billed for your charge card and,
A brand new thirty (30) evening waiting time may utilize in the day the cost is authorized by your charge card business."
I've written them two seperate emails but still no response. I obtained the email from of the customer reps and that i am very upset and so i approached my attorney.
