Rep said my card was declined but the funds were withdrawn and now they say they have no record of the transaction!

Today I named Santander to create a $195 cost on my auto loan. I offered the consultant my card info but was informed that it had been rejected. I informed her which was difficult since I'd simply examined the total amount and there have been adequate resources to protect the deal. I confirmed the card info together with her and he or she attempted to approach the cost again. She explained again the card have been rejected. I informed her I'd call-back with another card afterwards within the evening. Within my lunchtime break I called back having a distinct card along with a male consultant got my card and that I was informed it'd been authorized and prepared. After I visited the ATM using the card that were refused earlier within the evening, I recognized the $205.95 deal that were 'rejected' by Santander was IMPENDING TO CLEAR my bill!!! After I named Santander the repetition explained they had no report of this card within their program and there is nothing they might do. I requested to consult with a who had been no further useful, I questioned him to deliver me a notice declaring they didn't cost something towards the rejected card and he explained it had been difficult simply because they cant deliver me anything on the card they dont have report of within their program. I told him he has fingertips, he might simply type-a notice confirming they didnt attempt to cost the card. He declined. I told him I really could deliver him a duplicate of my bill background displaying it publishing, he nonchalantly stated that I really could do this, but that they'd 'reach it' tomorrow after present day end-of-day have been run. I dont know if he believes individuals have cash simply laying around but due to their incompetant customer support team, my other expenses aren't likely to receive money. I called primary show (the card which was billed without agreement) plus they stated I've to complete a type that'll get 7-10 times to make the journey to me within the email after which there's an evaluation procedure (additional time). Significantly??? I'd like my cash back.
