Friendly and informative on the telephone, before the service. Prompt notification they had received my device, then two weeks of silence.
I sent an email and got a canned reply. Sent another email, and got another canned reply. Called and put on hold. It has been more than three weeks since I sent my iPod for just a battery replacement and so far nothing.
Their canned emails say they got a whole lot of business unexpectedly so that is why the delays. Perhaps a few more Ripoff reports will slow down their orders and they can catch up.
Very suspicious though only a couple of negative reports over two years then a dozen in three weeks. All coinciding with my iPod.
