The DC Metro-Area experienced a surprise in late January. The rush-hour required me 9 1/2 hours to obtain home from work. I'd no support on my TMobile phone. I'd to obtain out-of my vehicle and knock-on windows to request additional motorists easily can use their telephone. I wrote towards the boss in California as well as their reaction was they don't assure support and that I still have to spend the $200 cancellation charge. Don't use TMobile service. They're terrible.
