I requested a fisheye lense out of this organization. The delivery was marketed to be free, but two times after purchasing i received a contact from their store declaring this was domestic (US) only. Because delivery to Norway was significantly more than the lense itself I needed them to return my income.

Fourteen days later however no response to my reimbursement request. Three more months and five emails later, nevertheless no solution from their website. And so I choose to deliver them the 15 bucks for delivery. Well, long story short annually later and several emails from my part-they merely dismiss me and consider my income.

Summary: when they could possibly get away withit they'll consider your cash.
