Took a payment for a lense, then called to `make sure` we`f ordered the right lense for a digital camera as the one we ordered didnt work with digital. We altered out order to the 490dollar more expensive digital version of the same lense. Called canon and was told they only make digital lenses and all would work with his camera. Altered my order back to the original version and paid for 3 day express shipping. Followed up a week later and was told the order was cancelled due to the lense being backordered. The card had been charged early and then credited only partially.
