I purchased $500 Chanel Shades, polorized, no-line bifocals, low stratch, all of the advantages. I got them back after one lense began breaking within the lense. I had been informed from the supervisor there are no films with this lense, however they purchase the lense, then reduce it to suit my RX and body. She spoke me just like a 10-year old on the best way to look after my spectacles. I've been wearing spectacles for 45 years and that I have three pair, all bought at Lenscrafters in NE Mall in Hurst, Tx., and that I paid $500 or even more for every pair. Lenscrafters won't substitute the lense for me personally since the supervisor claims that many folks get fresh spectacles each year anyhow! It was a faulty lense and that I have now been informed that by various other spectacle locations. Pity you, Lenscrafters, to be such a fraud. Pity you, Lenscrafters, for not standing behind your item. A lot of cash for such shotty items. I'll never return there.
