They Go by Q-SEE www.q-see.com First they lied to me about the specifications of a DVR unit. Then when I returned the unit they gave the RESELLER the refund instead of me (the purchaser) rewarding the reseller with bonus $ for decieving a customer. You can NEVER speak with anyone when you call (except to SELL you something of course) They ignore emails and requests for assistance with their own reseller and just basically don't care. AVOID this company!!
