Was advised they'd supply e-mail improvement and might contact 02-11-00. Never got ANY email or calls. Fullfillment day of 02-14-11. No-call no dishwasher. Got about the telephone that morning.invested more than 30 units on-hold before speaking with somebody. They didn't understand something. Used in Equipment division plus they understood nothing or can offer data. 02-15-11 - called again. I invested more than 45 units about the telephone on-hold. Lastly hung-up and named the 800-number for equipment installation. These were ready to contact the shop (have no idea how) and that I was informed the dishwasher was ther however they had a receding using the Optimus installation company (Not My Issue). The aid technology stated the supervisor of the Corpus Christi shop would be to contact me on 02-16-11 to provide me an update. It had been recommended I get the machine and also have them credit the install after which I really could employ anyone to do the mount. I explained NO, I taken care of shipping and Installment and that's what I'd like BESTBUY to reside as much as.
