Bought a $700 vertical Frigidaire fridge on 1-1, had it delivered on 1-8, stocked it with over $1000.00 of food and less than 3 weeks later the entire computer system was blown on it! Lowes return policy hurts-today its a-7 day return policy in the place of one month. We'd to get hold of figidaire for the fix—which we're still awaiting. Lowes doesn't remain behind their items and it has horrible customer support. To top it down, the restoration organization that Figidaire has sent relies more than 5 hours away and doesn't remain on routine or phone with improvements-alternatively your remaining to simply stay in the home and delay. This fix organization is known as A & E Factory Support, who promises that they'll not contact repairmen to request when their rough arrival-time is likely to be! Simply totally APPAULED and seriously DISSAPOINTED —WON't Ever buy devices again at LOWES and particularly FRIGIDAIRE!!! Caution to all - KEEP YOUR HARD EARNED CASH!
