Error appeared on my Frigidaire Glasstop Range. Called Lowes warranty department. After 35 days I still do no have a working cooker. Lowes dragging their feet. They promise they call and they do not. I have called their customer service a dozen times and most reps end up saying "don't know what to tell you, I will escalate the case". Worst customer care I have seen from any company. I truly do not see their logic. They have send over hundreds of $ of parts. They have sent the service agency A & E at least five times but still refuse to replace the unit. Will never do appliances through Lowes again.
