Ever since I've purchased a desktop at Safe National of America, my life can had been a vicious cycle of having the parts replaced. It had been about three months since I last purchased and I've spotted problems. So first I had the motherboard replaced. Not a month later, the same problems have been occurring. The computer is consequently hanging up, so I have it checked again and had the hard drive and the mother board replaced. It had been a very exhausting experience, going back and forth the store for a few days that I was thinking this shouldn't have to be like this considering the product I purchased is new. I was completely tired of getting the desktop myself so I just had it delivered. Turns out they have late deliveries too. They're really in a constant pursuit to earn a bad reputation, aren't they? First poor quality control, poor customer service and then late delivery. That has got to stop or else, they'd be finding their reputation in the mud. I really can't stand a company that has to disappointment you not just once, but several, countless of times. It's really unacceptable. And the fact that I've been having the interiors replaced over and over again, shouldn't they at least feel accountable? It had been very exhausting on my part. I've got work to do, and this one is just an added problem.
