I bought a Magic Jack from Safe National of America about a week and a half ago and was really annoyed. It doesn't work. And yes, I'd have billed calls abroad because of that dysfunctional purchase. It's kind of annoying really when you purchase something that doesn't work. And yet, when you go to the store to have it checked, they're like that's-supposed-to-be-your-effin-problem. I'm really pissed because this clerk disbelievingly refused me of having the magic jack replaced because it's not possible it doesn't work because it was checked the moment I purchased it. It was checked all right, but I am completely clueless why it doesn't work at home. So what's wrong with having it replaced after all it's in the policy. I can even return it as long as I can present the receipts. And yes, I am more than willing to have it checked in their good office and see if it really works. So why are they denying me of such. I think I smell something fishy. That's too bad, they treat customers like that, now I've had some doubts about the store's credibility.
