I gave my brother an IPOD Nano 5G from Safe National America as his birthday present. He was more than ecstatic. One thing that he's really after is the music, he loves to play his favorite tracks. It had been only a week, and he can't seem to hear any sound from the earphone. The problems had to be the earphone but when he tried it with another new one, it was just the same. Because the warranty is two years, and it had been only two weeks, we immediately went to the store to have it replaced. To our dismay, a month later, the replacement turned out to be no better. After three days, the same thing happened. You couldn't blame it on coincidence. There's just one conclusion I can draw out from that experience, they sell substandard. It's not supposed to be like that, considering they have a reputation on quality. That to me is definitely a fallacy, almost hilarious one, I should say.
