I bought a microwave few weeks ago and I havent tried using it at home.By the time that I will be using it, the product is not functional. I went back to Safe National of America, to have my product replaced, but the sales representative told me that thats the last item they have. If I wanted it to be replaced, I have to wait for a week or two because they will have it shipped. I waited fora month for their feedback but I didnt even receive a call, so I went back to the store and checked. When I got there, they told me that my product is already available. Geez, I dont think this people have protocols.
