Consider spares before you purchase

Which means you choose it is time for you to purchase a new fridge, drop for your local provider and appear at what's available. I sadly selected wrongly, I went to get a manufacturer that we believed could be great, SAMSUNG, NOT.

Having Adolescent kids, anything will occur, therefore yes, a ledge within the fridge broke. Okay, most likely not the most typical component to interrupt but anything, being made from glass, you envision it might occur.

After fighting for times to obtain to the support center components department, I am provided the amount of ScreenVision the 'standard' spares provider for Samsung, I call-in, order my component, spend my cash after which am informed, sorry no inventory about 2 - four weeks on back-order. Being the start of Dec, I believe reasonable enough.

We currently stay mid-April with no component, E yes, Samsung will happily pay me a decreased price for that refrigerator and go back.

So yes, I invest R-18 500 on the refrigerator and today a six-year old refrigerator needs to be 'exchanged' since Samsung aren't prepared to transfer a R 150 ledge.
