Buyer beware! This dealership, especially the SALES staff will tell you anything you want to hear, will promise you ANYTHING to get you to sign. Once they have your signature on the paperwork, you no longer exist. ALL of the promises they make to a a buyer are forgotten, and NONE of what they promise you will take place. I was told they would find the manuals, CD-rom for navigations system, floor mats and CD-changer magazine and the MAIN key, right away, as they were not in the car at the time of purchase. (I was told the car came from another location, just that day and the "small-stuff" would follow soon.)
After I purchased the car, suddenly, I was reminded that I purchased a used car, and that the salesman should NOT have promised those things to me! NOT ONLY THAT, but as I was going over the paperwork, I noticed I was being charged for exterior and interior coatings I was told were already on the car and NOT included in the price I was quoted... Hmm... And I was being charged for ETCHING I didn't NEED, because the car already was equiped with LOJACK! Something else I was charged for without my knowledge. SCAM? It sure does look like it... Great Customer service, huh?
Don't believe them and don't trust them. Go to a REPUTABLE dealership and purchase from them and be treated with honesty and respect. These slick, greasy douche-bags in the sales department should have it happen to them to see how it feels!
