We purchased a Firefly Mobile Phone for our 3 children to share as needed. We only added minutes to it as the children needed it. Firefly decided to make the phone we had obsolete - and told us because our phone was not "active" during the time they made it obsolete, they owe me nothing. Had we kept it active, they would have sent us a phone that worked on their new system. But... Because their minutes expired after a certain period of time, it did no good to continually keep the phone active - it would have just been a money loss.
I purchased a phone from Firefly, that can't be activated on their system. Firefly refuses to compensate me for the money I've spent on the phone or allow me to exchange it for a phone that WILL work on their system.
I feel robbed. I can not figure out how this can be legal.
